1. Use of the Service
VisBoost provides AI visibility scanning, SEO/AEO auditing, reporting, and — for eligible Macrolight Builder sites — automated technical remediation. You must use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle selected at checkout unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the platform.
- Do not use VisBoost to violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
- Do not misrepresent your affiliation with VisBoost or Macrolight Builder.
5. Data & Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, including how we use cookies and how you can manage consent preferences via the cookie banner or footer link.
6. Disclaimers
VisBoost is provided “as is.” Search rankings and AI visibility outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific SEO, AEO, or revenue results.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisBoost and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
